What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is a combination of hypnosis, a natural, normal and comfortable state of relaxation, which we combine with therapy techniques that allow us to work together to  address all sorts of problems and concerns that you have. The combination of the two are designed to bring about positive changes to your current ways of thinking, acting and feeling, and help to bring balance and harmony to your life.

What is 'Advanced' Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy comes in a number of different forms, each involves the use of hypnosis, and all are designed to help you resolves issues and problems, some of the more advanced forms of Hypnotherapy include  -
